Tamra Crabtree works for the Oklahoma Family Network (OFN) as a Family Support Partner in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center. Her one-on-one interaction with families, who are experiencing the NICU, allows for opportunities to provide resources, emotional support, and family-to-family engagement through support groups and mentorship.

Tamra works closely with many community and agency partners through OFN. She provides annual reports and participates in multiple workgroups facilitated by Maternal Child Health at the Oklahoma State Department of Health. She also enjoys hosting Oklahoma Family Network's podcast, "We Saved You A Seat," to bringing awareness, conversation, education, and support to others, as families share about their lived experiences.

She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in Family Relations and Child Development, then pursued a M.Ed. at the University of Oklahoma in Early Childhood Education. Also in 1999, she married her husband, Gene, and together they have two amazing boys, Will (2005) and Adam (2008), as well as a daughter, Lena (2013).

She began working with Oklahoma Family Network in 2013, after experiencing the NICU with her daughter Lena, who is now thriving. Tamra also serves on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit called Kids Joining Eternity, which allows her to stay current on resources for families who need bereavement support.

Outside of work and constant family fun she enjoys time spent at church and with friends. She proudly wears her mom hat supporting her boys love of baseball and bass tournaments; and enjoys exploring the fine arts with her daughter.
