We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. However, in the unlikely event that OK-AIMH must cancel the conference, we will provide a full refund to all registered participants. We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent attendance, but we encourage you to consider sending a colleague or another representative from your organization in your place. If you need to make a substitution, please contact us at okaimh@gmail.com by October 15, 2025 to make the necessary arrangements.
